Orthotic insoles designed for adults wearing high-heeled shoes.
A few centimetres-long heel can already place 75% of our weight on the front part of our feet - the weight is not evenly spread, and the pressure is focused in one place. In the long run it may cause discomfort, pain, burning, swelling of feet and lower legs, as well as growing tylomas and blisters.
How does Alto Hight Heels work?
The fulcrum
includes the longitudinal foot arch area and takes over and carries a part of the pressure and overload caused by unnatural position of the foot.
The support area
includes a unique silicone pad that absorbs the pressure from the heads of metatarsal bones, which together with the pelota reduces the load on the mid-foot.
The stabilising core
stabilises the heel, which results in smoother walk.
The sahara skin black
layer absorbs the excess of moisture quickly and effectively, which can be extremely important if one spends the whole day on high heels, as well as protects against chafes, blisters, unpleasant odours and multiplication of microorganisms.
Application
Alto Hight Heels - tylomas, pain, burning skin and hyperhidrosis may be caused by wearing high-heeled shoes
How to determine your insole size?
If you are not sure about your shoe size, we recommend to take the following steps to get an accurate foot measurement:
- In order to measure the feet from toes to heel, you will need only paper, pen and ruler.
- Place the paper on the floor against the wall. Plant one foot on the paper with your heel against the wall.
- Mark the furthest point of your foot on the paper. Repeat for both feet, as it often happens that they are different.
- Measure the length and compare it with the table below. Choose the size that fits the longer foot.
