The problem of flat feet, as well as ankle and knee deformity, is more and more common among children. Most often it is a result of wrong choice of shoes, too little exercise or excessive weight. This results in great numbers of young people suffering from pain and ingrown nails, growing tylomas, increased vulnerability to injuries, as well as quick deterioration of even high-quality shoes.
How does Alto Kids Plus work?
The fulcrum
including the longitudinal arch, together with the core inside, prevents further development of flat feet and deformities. At the same time, it protects against injuries related to excessive joint movability.
The fulcrum’s channel is extended at the heel area, which additionally stabilises the heel and forces its natural positioning.
Application
Alto Kids Plus – From 10 to 15 years of age, serious ankle deformity, knee deformity, ankle joint hypermobility, longitudinal flat feet, flexible flatfoot.
How to determine your insole size?
If you are not sure about your shoe size, we recommend to take the following steps to get an accurate foot measurement:
- In order to measure the feet from toes to heel, you will need only paper, pen and ruler.
- Place the paper on the floor against the wall. Plant one foot on the paper with your heel against the wall.
- Mark the furthest point of your foot on the paper. Repeat for both feet, as it often happens that they are different.
- Measure the length and compare it with the table below. Choose the size that fits the longer foot.
