Orthotic insoles for adults.
Before use, please consult your podologist, physiotherapist or orthopaedist. Disturbed architecture of the arch of the foot after a whole day of walking can initially result in discomfort, pain and burning. Neglecting ankle deformity can in consequence lead to collapse of the arch of the foot and a variety of degenerative conditions. The Optima Insert supports both arches and reduces the load in the whole of its area. Its unique structure retains the relieving characteristics with maximally reduced thickness. It is light, instantly absorbs moisture and odours.

How to determine your insole size?
If you are not sure about your shoe size, we recommend to take the following steps to get an accurate foot measurement:
- In order to measure the feet from toes to heel, you will need only paper, pen and ruler.
- Place the paper on the floor against the wall. Plant one foot on the paper with your heel against the wall.
- Mark the furthest point of your foot on the paper. Repeat for both feet, as it often happens that they are different.
- Measure the length and compare it with the table below. Choose the size that fits the longer foot.
