Calcaneal spur is an inflammatory condition at a place where the heel bone is joined with plantar fascia - a structure that flexes and relaxes at every step. Its most common causes are uncomfortable shoes, injuries, overloading and excessive bodyweight.
How does Alto Calcaneal spur work?
The pelota
transfers load off from the forefoot and guarantees full contact with the floor.
The fulcrum
absorbs shocks and protects the heel - visibly and instantly reduces pain. It operates in combination with two fulcra, relieves the load from damaged and inflamed plantar fascia.
of the transverse arch reduces the tension of plantar fascia and restores its natural anatomical shape.
The stabilising core
Apart from transferring the load from the mid-foot, the stabilising core encloses and protects the heel.
Sahara Skin Black
layer relieves the symptoms of hyperhidrosis by quick and effective absorption of moisture.

Alto Calcaneal Spur - ankle deformity, Morton’s metatarsalgia, Hallux Valgus grade 2 and 3, hammer toes, transverse flat foot, longitudinal flat foot, plantar fascia inflammation, Calcaneal spur, heel hyperhidrosis.
How to determine your insole size?
If you are not sure about your shoe size, we recommend to take the following steps to get an accurate foot measurement:
- In order to measure the feet from toes to heel, you will need only paper, pen and ruler.
- Place the paper on the floor against the wall. Plant one foot on the paper with your heel against the wall.
- Mark the furthest point of your foot on the paper. Repeat for both feet, as it often happens that they are different.
- Measure the length and compare it with the table below. Choose the size that fits the longer foot.
